What does a women's policy contain?
-
Training: All employees are trained on general women's health and the menopause. For example, knowledge of women's hormonal cycle and menopause and its impact on performance and relationships.
-
Normalization: The goal is for everyone to be able to be open about the female hormonal cycle and menopausal symptoms without it being anything strange.
-
Health as a whole: Employees must be encouraged to engage in physical activity with the aim of preventing general ill-health and alleviating any menopausal symptoms.
-
Women ambassadors: We provide extended training to those who want to carry the flag high and be ambassadors for the women's policy in the workplace. This is to be able to have a supporting and advisory function in collaboration with HR.
-
Internal support groups: Run by the ambassadors and aimed at both men and women with regular meetings with different themes.
